First thing to try is changing is the master cilinder and eventually the slave cilinder as well but if the clutch plate itself is gone, what clutch do you recommend and what are experiences with a single flywheel? I have a single piece flywheel and conventional clutch from Rakeway. Works a treat. Also fitted a better release bearing at the same time. Suggest you talk to Rakeway. They are very helpful chaps.
