richardl
Dear All, My 3 brake lights are permanently onwhen driving them car - tried pumping brake pedal, checked handbrake is off, etc. Any thoughts as to what might be causing this problem and whether it's easy to fix myself? Thanks!
K88 MUD
Try disconecting the brake light switch and they should go out.

SPendrey
Agreed, brake light switch mounted just above the brake pedal. Just replaced the servo/master cylinder on mine, and noticed the brake light was permanently on, only to realise there is more than one hole when reconnecting the servo to the pedal... you shouldn't need to disconnect this, but if you do, don't make the same mistake I did! :-)
