gaz0203
got a td5 90 in tomorow with a rough idle, in the last 6 months its had new injector harness and wiring loom after it started running on 3 cylinders, it then died completely so had a new fuel pump and filter fitted, it sems to go well but as i say just runs rough at idle. ive just been reading posts on here an see mentioned checking injectors are adjusted correctly, ive never heard of this so just wandered whether this could be causing me problems, if so how do i go about making adjustments?? gaz0203
unsure as yet, will hav a nose tomorow wen it comes in, what should they read?
Orange90-J-
Should be all around the same (not sure on the exact readings) if ther is a big difference between them it would cause ruff tickover like it had a miss-fire.
gaz0203
had a look today and our scanner wont read injector data for some reason, i rang our local landrover specialist to ask there opinion which was injectors, i asked whetehr there was any adjustment and was told no, i removed the rocker box just to get myself aquainted with the setup and see that there is adjustment at the top of the injectors, how do you measure these and what shouldbthey be set to?
