muddy4x4xfar Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 few questions on defender 110 suspension. iv got a brand new chassis 2007 editions from a td5 defender. im using the chassis on my project vehicle. and i have a suspension system from a 1991 200 tdi defender 110 from the old vehicle. is all the suspension the same when coming to fit it all to the chassis. will the poly bushes fit or will i have to get both sorts from a td5 and a 200 tdi.? anything else anyone can think of please let me know. thanks for all your help everyone. Aragorn Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 You'll want 200tdi bushes. There are differences on the TD5 models, but the differences are on the axles, panhard rod etc, the chassis bushes themselves are the same, so if you simply buy a complete 200TDi bush kit and use that, along with all your 200tdi suspension components and axles you'll be fine.
