help with misting

BLACKJACKS

Recommended Posts

Discos are not the most "weather proof motors" is the sunroof leaking? rear door seal poor? wet carpets, boot? etc,etc i can go on!

These will soon make the car mist up. I also have to contend with 2 Boarder collies jumping around in mine after a good swim  this all adds to the problem!

i even had ice on the inside of the windows in the cold snap :(

So its quite the norm for me!

i have started to notice that the in side windows misting up really bad in my disco when parked up .

my defender doesnt do it so is it a common thing with discos

as im new to disco world can any help me on this .

<_<

Have a look under the carpet and sound-deadening sheet in each of the front footwells. If it's wet, thats your problem. Rainwater leakage somewhere or the condensate drains on the ac (if fitted) are blocked.

By this time in the winter, a combination of shooting and carrying wet labradors around means there is enough damp inside the car to make side misting a problem.

Next Saturday is the last shoot, so Sunday sees the annual "get the car dry" service!! ;)
