egr blanking and insurance

I have never told the insurance companies in the past that a modification has been made to the vehicles engine (cam and head changes, exhaust etc). Fortunatly I have never had that questioned, but if I was in a major accident who knows.

Luckly my diso doesn't need any mods so no worries now. :)

No problems on mine with a Stage 1 chip, de-cat and no EGR. The bloke on the end of the phone even laughed when I said that it was a performance upgrade........and I quote..."what - on a Land Rover?"

Once we'd finished laughing, he said it wouldn't make any difference at all.
