Glennie Posted March 13, 2010 Share Posted March 13, 2010 hi, having a problem starting my 1998 freelander.i unlock the car as normal, no problem.... put the key into the ignition and turn it on and wait for the normal lights on the dashboard to go out.turning the key to start the car nothing happens...after a few attemps it will start. can anyone help. I know its a completely different vehicle and I have no idea if the Freelander setup is similar or not, but it may give you another avenue of investigation if the obviose hasn't solved your problem.
