muddy4x4xfar Posted April 10, 2010 Share Posted April 10, 2010 im starting to get a bit confused. iv got a td5 engine it will be putting out around 200bhp and economy mode is around 160. now im looking at have a discovery 2 auto box , but people are telling me to have a range rover gearbox to be able to cope with the power. whats this all about? few questions what range rover gearbox should be used? would i have to modify anything? what transfer box should i use (if its different)? and out of curiosity why the range rover box in everyone elses opinion? sorry to sound abit dumb . cheers everyone once again.
