western Posted May 9, 2010 Share Posted May 9, 2010 there should be a raised lug on the outer edge of the lower swivel pin in the ara I've ringed on a copy of your photo, give it a downwards tap with a copper or brass drift & decenr size hammer, put a rag or something under the swivel so the pin doesn't land on a hard surface.
