The sunvisors on my TD5 are held in place at one end with three screws in the swivel assembly and at the other with a clip. The swivel assembly screws came out easily, which enabled me to remove the visor, as did the screw holding in the clip (the screw is behind a little flap). But, I can't get the clip off! I am able to twist it a very small amount in each direction but I can't remove it. Without knowing what is holding it in place I am reluctant to use too much force but perhaps that is what is required? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dooroy Posted July 15, 2010 Share Posted July 15, 2010 As far as I remember the screw expands a plastic fitting to tighten the clip . Once the screw is removed the clip should pull out - a bit of force may be required as the plastic will still be expanded a little , but the clip will pull out .
