Peterla
Is anyone able to help me with some tips on changing my TD5 water pump. Any descriptions on what I need to remove to get to the pump and what to expect would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Peter
muddy4x4xfar
hi , it fairly self explanitary. just have a look at it and you be fine. list of parts and part numbers are here for you. water pump ERR7047 set of seals 3 in total. PFQ10001L id have my new water pump and seals ready for when you take the old one off, so you can copy how all the seals go on for the new one. also take note of where each bolt goes. its litterally a bolt on bolt off process. if you need any more help let me know. hope it helps chris

Desert Cat
Is it necessary to take off the centrifuge filter drain pipe? I assume AC compressor need to be moved... Any sealant is required on top of the stock seals which comes with pump?
