mayur Posted August 15, 2010 Share Posted August 15, 2010 hi i have just repaired my 300tdi with a new head and headgasket and bolts and waterpump, i was planning to change the turbo but didnt have time to get the brackets sorted so i just my old turbo. also no egr problem is when i start the car it has a slight amount of smoke on startup but when i rev up above 1000 revs i get a smoke screen comming out the back so thick that you can see anything which annoys the neighbours abit any idea on what it can be ?? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
