Brake Issues

Recommended Posts

Over the past couple of weeks ive stripped down the callipers and replaced all the pistons with stainless steel as well as replacing new seals. I have also replaced the copper brake pipes from along the back axle and also the short ones on the front.

Im not finding that when im braking the pedal slowly drops, i rebled the system twice but this hasnt made any difference.

Am i right in thinking there is a leak somewhere?

Cheers

Tris

If there is no visible leaks then its highly likely your master cylinder is by-passing, I had the same problem, when I took the old one off I found water had gotten into the main cylinder and it was going rusty. Total difference with the new one.
