What about getting either some winch lesson's from someone/a company http://www.borda.org.uk/ ( British Off Road Driving Assoc) , Or more importantly getting some first aid instruction or if you already are FAW (first aid at work) qualified, more advanced medical type training as in a bit further than your average first aid at work stuff-there are companies out there that do courses that will allow you to be better prepared for eventualities when you're out playing in your truck or when ever the need arises

Just speaking from a practical point of view of course always handy to have medical type training as you never know when you'll need it
