rocky
Hi, could someone please explain to me what +VE/-VE means. I know that they are the battery cables but I don't know what the letters VE mean!! Regards, rocky
crwoody
They are simply abbreviations for positive (+) and negative (-)
Frax
I am not 100% sure but I think it is just voltage electrical, + volts being 12vdc feed and – VE being earth. Regards Frax
rocky
Thanks,I was reading the puma manual prior to wiring up a couple of spotlights where I saw the battery cables marked as +/- VE. The last vehicle that I rewired was a series III. I suppose things have moved on a bit since then. Regards, rocky
