studioph Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 Rattling noise from left and right front wheel Discovery 4 Owner since Feb 2010 of new Discovery 4 bought in Cape Town South Africa. After 7000 km made a trip first time with gravel roads and after some time the left front wheel started to make a rattling noise. Dealership told me by satellite phone that it maybe was a small stone between disk and coverplate. After removing left front wheel I found nothing and all looked normal. After another 300 km the right front wheel started to make same rattling noise. After return in Cape Town dealer checked suspension bolts but all looked normal and a problem is that at tar roads you hear nothing ! Somebody an idea ?
