Roof Lights

Recommended Posts

In my experience cheap lights are just not worth it, they consume power yet provide little decent light. A far better bet is to buy a set of decent lights which have a decent spread & penetration (personally I also hate roof-lights).

After running various different sets of four lights on the top of the cage on my old S111 and never being happy with any of them I found that a pair of Lucas floodlights mounted on the windscreen hinges gave a far better spread of light while using only half the power. Long range lights on the bumper and floodlights on the bulkhead, the perfect setup which I still use 25-years later.
