Sometimes you can cure the noise by adjusting the hub nut to give the correct amount of play for the wheel bearing, however when they start to rumble it is best to replace them. In addition it is best to replace both bearings (inner and outer) on both sides of truck as they would have most likely done the same work Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
