barmiebrumie
Hello all long story so I'll cut it short, after a front prop snapping at 60mph & flattening the dip sick tube to the side of the bellhousing I had to take it off as I couldn't get the stick out to check the level, anyhow last night I cut the flat section out & welded a new piece in, had to weld the stick back toegther as well as I had cut through that as well . problem I have is I drained the sump & only got 5 ltrs out, re-filled with the same & its measuring above the two little hole marks, does anyone know how much fluid would be left in the torque converter ? Thanks in advance John

Range Rover Blues
I'd be looking for a second hand filler and dipstick, the angle it goes into the sump makes a difference. Mine was a bit bent and it made nearly a litre difference depending on which way I put it in.
