Adam001 Posted May 10, 2011 Share Posted May 10, 2011 Hey, Having a little trouble with a WARN XD9000 winch, when you go to turn it on sometimes it works straight away, other times there is a long delay then it will power up, or it won't at all. The winch and motor have been rebuilt recently and they are both fine, I have powered each solenoid independently and they switch as they should when activated. Has anyone heard of this problem? bishbosh Posted May 10, 2011 Share Posted May 10, 2011 Dodgy connection - have you checked all your wires including the earth off the bottom of the motor? Either that or the contactors are on their way out. If you are still using the Warn supplied cans then an albright is a very worthwhile investment.
