stuck
Bit of a problem, My 2000 110 suddenly has no rear lights, rear indicators brake or reverse lights. All the front ones work fine and I have 0v at each lamp. Have checked the connectors on the bulk head and all seems ok! Any ideas chaps? Frax
If the bulkhead connection is OK, Would it be possible to check for voltage at the connector-failing that check for continuity in the cable going the the rear. Frax
Tanuki
I'm thinking either a plug/socket assembly has come apart somewhere in the loom, or you've lost the earth-connection to the rear lights (though loss-of-earth would usually result in the lights working in 'dim-and-psychotic-christmas-tree' style as various bulbs earthed back through other bulbs). stuck
Cheers chaps, When I said the bulk head connector was ok it was... Trouble is I was looking at the wrong fecking one! Where's the pointy had with a D on?! Pass it me and I'll go and stand in a corner!
tacr2man
The rubber type connectors can get a bit loose if disconnected a few times so a zip tie round the two halves is a good safety measure
