Frax Posted October 28, 2011 Share Posted October 28, 2011 Hi all I have a rear wiper wash switch from Carling and wondered if anyone could give me some advice on the wiring. It says that I should have a black wire with a light green trace, I have a black but no trace. Green I have and I take it that this is the one that is split to two points. Got the others. western Posted October 28, 2011 Share Posted October 28, 2011 black/light green trace is for the rear washer pump from the switch. there's a darker plain green wire that comes from header joint C285-3 to the switch supplies 12v feed in, plain black is a earth wire have you got a copy of the wiring diagram ? if not see below attachment. hth. Frax Posted October 28, 2011 Author Share Posted October 28, 2011 Looks like I will be out with my test meter in the morning to see if I can find my black/green wire, Strange that it is missing as that part of the loom had not been fiddled with or so I thought.
