muddy4x4xfar Posted August 21, 2012 Share Posted August 21, 2012 hi all im on with building my defender , its a td5 auto the radiator is fittedand the oil cooler is fitted for the transmission, but when it comes to fitting the larger intercooler for the defender model , it doesnt want to fit. im assuming now i should be fitting a discovery td5 auto larger intercooler, am i correct? if so are there any complications to fitting the discovery larger intercooler? i was under the impression it wouldnt effect anything when i bought it also when the intercoolers insat there the bonnet slam support bars dont want to fit in place? . if im incorrect anyone any idea what i should do? thanks all in advance for any help or ideas.
