Mo Murphy
A chum of mine has water running into his passenger (l/h) footwell with the air con on and water entering the footwell whilst driving in heavy rain. Does anyone know the routing of the drain tube, the best way to access it and what needs to be stripped out to repair it ? Cheers Mo

Cheers Mo If it's happening in heavy rain, it's most likely the pollen filter cover not fitted properly. The drain tubes come out either side of the gearbox. Get under there when it's cold with a torch and you'll see the covers on the end of the tube; prod them with a coat hanger to get any gunge out.
