Reiny
My 90's 300 tdi and r380 were retro fitted. The PAS reservoir remained in the original place (i.e. on the offside wing) and the fuel filter is the old Lucas 296 type mounted on the bulkhead, nearer the near-side. I would like to fit the tdi-type fuel filter but I think it will foul the air filter hose if I was to fit it to the bulkhead. Therefore, the other option is going the whole 300-tdi route and relocating the pas reservoir to the nearside wing to make space for the fuel filter. What parts are required to do this? western
most likely need the relevant 300tdi hoses/pipes, see page 470 in http://www.retroanaconda.com/landrover/parts_books/110/5_axles_suspension_steering_p398-471.pdf for the part numbers. pipe layout. Reiny
Just thinking of different options. Would anyone know whether shorter fuel filters are available (perhaps a couple of centimetres shorter would be just perfect)
