Boydie Posted February 15, 2014 Share Posted February 15, 2014 My Disco had the original twin bar roof rack fitted, with the big touring rack overhead it was supurflous to requirements and when I relined the roof panel I removed it, currently the four holes in the roof are sealed with duct tape - not a good long term solution - does anyone make/supply the 35mm diameter grummets needed to properly seal the holes off? JimDay Posted February 15, 2014 Share Posted February 15, 2014 Don't think you will find any, as if they didn't have the roof rails as standard then they didn't have holes in the roof panel mine doesn't have the rails so no holes you may have to either weld the holes up or patch from inside using Sikaflex sealant & stick plates of either steel or aluminum over the holes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
