JeffR
So the lower hinge on the , still immobile, family hack was getting a wee bit rattly. It's a pin thinks I, just knock it out drill a slightly bigger hole and replace. Wanna bet? I don't know what LR used as a pin, but 1: belting it with a 4lb hammer and heat won't shift it 2: the local garages 15 ton press won't shift it 3: the steel appears to have a shore hardness value greater than bloody diamond so you can't drill the bugger out (need some new cobalt drills now) Anyone done this successfully, if so how?
