IanT90 Posted September 12, 2015 Author Share Posted September 12, 2015 Possible that with new parts being tight combined with higher viscosity it was giving rise to the problem. Clue was that 15 to 20 min into my journeys the problem reduced and gears could be selected. This was probably when the box and oil warmed up giving expansion around the new parts etc. But to concur surprised myself what a dramatic difference it made. Just hope this experience helps others in the same situation in the future. Thanks to everyone who contributed for there advice and support.
