I have a '84 four door therefore i presume the diffs are 10 spline? I can get a ARB (24 spline) cheap so i need a 24 spline diff what model LR's have these fitted and what production years? Also what else apart from half shafts would i have to change? Cheers

There are now pics in the gallery, tank appears 6mm steel has a drain plug sit between the chassis rails and measures 600x275x275mm. My dodgy maths makes that out at about 11.9 gallons, can anyone confirm?

Its having some welding done at the mo, will try and et some photos of the tank as soon as. i have loads of photos of the bob itself but no close up ones. some in the gallery now

My four door bob has 14.5" cut out of it, it has a steel tank under the floor therefore has room for the spare and other bits. cant put pics on

Registered to this good forum since reading this thread, have long admired the x-eng brake and intend to get one later in the year. The more you hear about SR the more you dislike them and their methods. However i feel their advertising spending gives them alot of power in the press, i bet we never hear anything about this in any mag, i never knew about them and Equipe till now
