i have just had to sort my hand brake out..... tried to service the expander unit but found it was just to worn so have put a new one in this morning and its made 100% improvement dan

how about a "brushed" look?? a wire brush and run in one direction across the aluminum and then spray some lacquer over it... dan

i would have a good look at the panhard rod bush's. i cant see that cliping the springs would help as if they are dislocating on the road your going to end up in trouble

i have noticed that on mine (tdi) it runs much better at night wen it is colder than in the day wen the air is warmer, seems to use less fuel too.

dont forget when cutting ally with a disk there are no sparks so be just as careful as you would with steel dan

i to use a jig saw and i put some cutting past on the blade (i found on some ally it used to clog the blade up, the past stopped this) dan

i had a look at LED ones at the donnington show on the bolt on bits stand (the are ebay to) i think they are around 35 quid each. im going to have some on mine at some point. dan

i have been running a wide angle gwyn lewis front prop shaft on my lifted 110, and were before i could put ujs/ a new standard prop on and have it last a week before snapping this seems to be doing very well, i wold happily recommend! dan B) -
i thought the difference was in the thickness of the trailing arm not the bush size ? therefor the same but one is slightly tougher

its a different pump and also brackets are different dan

ring him up very helpful chap im now running one of his front props and he posted that out im running OME on my gwyn setup and very happy with them on and off road. dan

im sure i have seen this done but have searched and searched and can find no info so wondered if you can help i would like to chop the bottom off my sailsbury rear axle (and put somthing back to fill the gap) would like to know if anyone here has done it and or if you have had any problems in doing this. links and pics would be really uesfull thanks, dan
