  1. I think it has been mentioned here before, but the 2015 Autobiography defender comes with led headlights. It would be good to find out which lights they use and try to track these down. Certainly, if it has a land rover part number, I think you have a case of using them on any defender.

After reading all the 6 pages of headlight chat, I think I am going to get myself a set of osram night breakers for my daily driver; the standard lighting on this is garbage!

    Daan

I'm sure the run out models are using Nolden headlights. Have a look at the Def2 forum. LOTS of interesting debate over the different brands. Nolden, JWSpeaker and Trucklite. Pays your money, takes your chances

  2. Or if you want an answer with a bit of knowledge behind it rather than people just trawling the interweb. Head over to Dosco3 forum. Loads of people on there who will of had the same problem and reported back ecxactly what the syptoms are and their chosen route to repair the issue

  3. WWII Orientated.

Push down the French coast a bit from Calias and go to Arramanches. The concrete caissons can be seen that were the breakwater, even 1 sunk on the beach so you can go stand next to it. Awesome sight.

Then go to see St Nazairre. You can still get inside the sub pens, go up on the roof and have a good look around. ANd then visit the museum there for the full story.

  4. OK, didn't realise you were thinking along those lines.

But hasn't Croatia been trying to enter the EU for years? Nothing has been mentioned of a joining date as far as I can see on the net but that doesn't mean it hasn't been mentioned.

Either way it looks agreat event, shame there isn't anything closer to home

  5. Although you say Jim is leading. That is the prologue which is a quick 2km blast through the woods. So to say he's leading is a bit of a misnomer.

He's currently 3rd after the first day of real competition. Trophy day today with night stage tonight. Makes for a long day.

Good luck to all UK teams though.
