To save you the effort of weighing 1. I have a knackered head here. So a naked head apart from the valves is 29lb

This wire diag schematic would make it easier for us newbies to wend our way through this forum, without the constant thought of being ridiculed. I like the idea of it. Whens it being implemented?

These people seem to have a good rep with their new kit

Being picky. ABRO no longer exist. Now called DSG

I've been lurking for a long time on here. Best part of a couple of years. Always put off joining/registering because of the flaming that newbies get. I'm only just into LR and have a lot to learn but am unsure of the responses I'd get. Sometimes it's easier to just plod through a job rather than be made to look a pillock on here

So a tyre specificaly chosen by LR for their G4 fleet is carp?? I'm sure that LR R&D looked at a lot off tyres before they chose the MTR.
Have either of you driven a D3/4/RRS/FFRR with these tyres fitted? And not round some poncy LRE day where you could get a Ford KA round??
-
Goodyear MTR's are rubbish if you were expecting a mud tyre. They are really only an agressive AT.
Really???????

If you fit spacers to a D4 and run 16/17" wheels and you have a problem then A your warranty could be void. B Your insurance won't like you for fitting whels of a size never fitted to the veh.
But at the end of the day you pays your money and takes your chance
-
The smallest you can fit to a D3 is 17" due to the brake caliper. I'm sure on the D4 with the 3L engine the smallest is 18" but if you have a D4 with the 2.7L you can still fit a 17" rim.
In 19" flavour the MTR is the most aggressive you can get. Fitted to the G4 challenge veh so must be fairly competent.
In 18" AT2 gets a fair shot but the sidewall is almost floppy. There are a few offroad biased tyres. If you look at Disco3 forum or Disco3club forum and have a peek in the tyre section there are loads of blokes using all manner of tyres for playing in the dirt. Mainly the Euro members from the BENELUX countries

what absolute rubbish, devon charge what they think they can get away with, plus they have to pay for all there adverts in the comics,as i see it they are going down the same road as srap iron did, just without the orange paint.
Same as LR then. Their products are unreliable, leak, expensive but we still buy them. So to slate D44 for their prices is also rubbish. It's a fact of economy, people who sell will charge the highest price they can get away with, buyers want to pay peanuts.
I'm not connected to D44 in any way, I wouldn't even say I was a happy customer.
-
You only have their customers to blame. If they didn't buy the goods then they wouldn't put such high prices on them. So we as enthusiasts are at fault here not D44

And the WMIK istalation cost 20K on top of the platform it sits on
sensor on top of a 300tdi???
