These two men with there advice ,help and perfect discriptions of how to complete a landrover repair task have saved me a fortune in diy repair.I think i would have given up by now if it wasnt for all there effort .I now enjoy working on my landy and would like to thank these guys for the posts making it so easy.Hope to buy you a pint one day

Just stopped a machanic on his way from work who lives down the road had a quick look at pump and said its workong fine i asked him what might be the problem and he said they are pants and to get a jap car(just what i wanted to hear) think he hates his job
I am paying interest in this posting as i have the same symptons on my defender with a big lift ,it seems that we are trying to get a steep angled prop to run like standard ,it would be nice if we could i would love to get rid of my vibs ,Does a double cardan prop make it even steeper with that extra joint if it works i will buy one tomorrow
My 200 tdi has done 63000k and when i rev it it dies down nearly stalls then ticks over fine its been like for a while now but never bother me till i drove my mates and his is much more responsive and one no why please
Very pleased and i got the parts local as well (40miles) devon 4x4 and mail order 4x4 .Chris who works in there also knows of a couple of clubs not to far away .I am going out will them on sunday.Well happy with that as i get no pleasure on farm fields
Not yet only finnished 7.30pm tonight been on it solid since friday night .Been on fields testing on the ground i no well .It goes where my old set up would just stop dead.
Fitted 3" lift 4" plus longer shocks disolation cones ect.37" boggers offset,ash croft shafts ect,new wide props and new diffs,wide archs.I have had this 90 from 1992 and think i proberly go off road every day but a novice at the up grades.Lewis you are sound Thanks
thanks for the help i realy needed it .Now selling as i dont no how to trick it up to take the big tyres and all you seem to get is rubbish .Havnt got time this for as im a beginer to offroading,i need to pick ideas
2" or 4" lift with 37" boggers on 200tdi.My present 2" lift is 8 years old and well used so i am treating myself to a new set up with the boggers.Any advise please on what i need to do ie chopping or props ect
