  1. Most uncooperative a couple of years ago when I was looking for a 90. Unable to meet during reasonable hours, difficult to recommend therefore.
  2. I use a Dixon Bate on my 90 for towing all manner of car transporters and classic cars - highly recommended.
  3. ... and that's another story - over £1.20 a litre in Cambridge!
  4. My 1995 90 300 tdi has some fairly significant corrosion on the n/s body capping by the rear door. It is too far gone to repair so I am thinking of replacing it instead. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? Do I need to replace the entire capping or is it possible to just do sections? I assume that I will have to take off the van sides in order to complete this and seal the new ones effectively. All responses gratefully received!
  5. Replaced mine last saturday morning as the old one had sheared off and left me with a dirty windscreen but very clean bonnet! It took about 45 minutes in all to remove the padded dash top as described above, replace the nozzle assembly and put everything back. Alan
  6. Brilliant - thanks. I have used a hair dryer to remove stickers before but wasn't sure if it would work on the landy decals. Will give that a go first and let you know how I get on!
  7. Any advice on how to best remove the decals from a 90 County Hard Top? Will heat do it?
  8. Thanks - I have used forums for a while during a pukka Cobra replica build and really appreciate being able to access everyones ideas and opinions. Seep is anything over half full tank, purely on-road use at the moment (sorry chaps!) Alan
  9. My 90 has started to seep diesel from the filler cap - the seal looks ok, is it likely that the tank is being pressurised somehow? Does anyone have any ideas? Alan
