I forgot to release my handbrake a while a go. Drove about 4-5 miles, doing nearly 50mph at one point. Only noticed my error when I parked up and went to put it on. The drum was red hot so let it cool with hand brake off (let it in gear, level ground anyway) and has been fine since, well it drives OK and still holds when used.

Hey All, I have been to Tixover and Sibbertoft quite a bit and have since heard of Stainby but cannot find out much about it. Does anyone know where I can get a list of dates when there are Pay 'n' Play days there? Thanks in advanced, Gavin

I replaced my knackered steering damper with a bilstein steering damper, can't say I noticed any massive improvement, but that said there's nothing wrong with it either. Price didn't come it to the decision for me, I got given it.

Hey All, I've been registered on here for some time but never posted so thought it about time I did. I drive a 1989 110 County Station Wagon (and 306 when the 110s broken), anyone in the Loughborough, Leicestershire area may have seen it out and about. I have some pictures here I'm by no means a mechanic but will try most jobs on the Land Rover however I tend to prefer to 'tinker' with electrics as that where I have more experience.
