  1. check there isnt a second rubber washer under the fuel filter. That can cause them to take in air all the time

can you expalin more? you mean the one in the wheel arch i noticed it was louder after changing it but it sdettled down afterwards back to "normal"

  2. im my numbers above are lots of town runs of under 3 miles there and back

o and work is exactly 1 mile door to door too so that prob dont help either

    rob

Then why drive? i rarely use mine the short runs around town i've been doing lately were only because of moving heavy stuff couldnt make the gf walk home the half mile from work with the 2 batteries she got me! simerly helping a mate move a mile ocross town would be tricky on foot. Usualally only use it for long runs out of town

  3. Well this is news i thought they was best of the bunch, just shows dont belive the hype i guess. I fitted a Red top today to my 110 all working well so far and the best news was it was free along with another huge battery :P

  4. Usual way is to reverse a bit in future think before you engage it you dont need it all the time only when you think you'll lose traction, snowy tracks would be ok with out it same as a hardpacked lane but if you cam across a muddy hollow slip in the diff lock but take it out once your clear

  5. He was driving to fast, dangerosly fast for the road drove onto the verg at speed he said he passed the transit at 30mph. That would affect any car no matter how well maintained. the modifications and poor maintance had a lesser affect than the speed. the sentance recived was no where near long enough 2 years is a joke should have been 6-8 in my opinion

  6. I've a Warn 9.5 XP its a good winch and way better than the cheapo ones out there, i got it stupidly cheap and was pretty much brand new to i wouldnt have paid full price for it. If i was buying another i'd look at the TDS godfish or the superwinch ep9 quality for a decent price

  7. 1)Well mines got 192k on it with no engine probles at all. Pulls like a train and out runs my mates low millage 300tdi by miles

2)I paid £6k for an ex AA 110SW with more miles a year ago seen a few other ones in the £6-£8k price range. To many dealers have help prices artificially high for to long

3)mine has more holes in the box for extra electrics neever had any water in it and thats when its been in to over bonnet levals

    4) I dont know but i've seen them on TD5's so they must be avalible.

Overall that one looks quality and a realistic price. I'd go for it. Though it shouldnt be on freestyle alloys there not rated for the weight of a 110 maybe you could use that as a bargining tool

  8. with a 100 inch chassis you'd have to cut the hi cap tub down. if you use either a 110 one or a 130 one. on a 110 you can fit a 130 DChigh cap tub to make room for a king cab. This is what i'd do or if you needed more load space fit a 110 high cap tub to a 130 chassis. I've been looking at this posibility for someting work based the king cab gives room a normal truck cab doesnt

  9. Thanks to Gary for sending me an e-mail address to try, via PM. I'll PM it to you as well Graham.

EDIT: That e-mail address worked, thanks. All sorted now.

I think OLLR administration wants to keep contact e-mail addresses out of public view, so I won't post it here. Please send me a PM if you had the same problem as me and need a contact e-mail.

Dave had alot of problems recently with people spamming the forum. i have no trouble logging in the home page is saved to favorites and the site rembers my passwod and username

  10. Thinking of fitting 35 inch tyres to my 110. At the moment its running some 31x10.50x15's and they look very lost in the arches as its running on heavy duty suspension which gives over 2 inches of lift compared to a freinds standard 110. So how much lift do you need to run 35's and those people wo run them how big is the gap between axle and bumpstop? i'll measure mine tommrrow and see how it compares
