Les Henson
Msn has a virus doing the rounds this evening. Ralph accidentally opened it, and as I was talking to him, I got what says it's a message from him with a link. I clicked on it and I now have it on my pc. It opens a window for every single name in your msn address book, and (I suppose) sends the virus link to everyone on the list. I just ran Norton and it hasn't removed it. It repeates itself every 10-minutes or so. If any of you get a message from someone that's a contact on your msn list that starts off as windows livemessenger - don't click on it. Don't suppose anyone has an idea how to remove the virus please? Les.

Les. Pack your PC with TNT especially all around the hard drive and then take it to some heathland and detonate it. That should get the f***er out Nasty - I haven't used msn for a while and will continue not to do so! Dont suppose this is any help? http://www.happy-messaging.com/messenger/virus/

TheRecklessEngineer
I use this: Trillian One program for MSN, AOL, Yahoo, ICQ, etc... Not susceptible to any normal viruses and sits in the corner quietly unlike MSN which seems to be in your face every 20 seconds.
