mrodey
My 2002 MY Defender needs a new brake servo but looking up the part, none of them have the “spacer” mine has in the attached photo nor is there a separate part number for this. So the question is, will an aftermarket brake servo fit or will the arm to the brake pedal be too long? I hate to order and ship here to Sweden (and pay import fees) only to have to return. Bowie69
No direct experience, but stuff like that normally swaps from one to another.
western
Just swap it from old to new servo. On 2006 onwards there is a spacer item 12 in https://new.lrcat.com/#!/1235/3238/3239/252/3252

Not sure why my 2002 would have one on it as it’s the original brake servo for sure and the spacer’s condition looks to be from 2002 also!
