Gromit
I'm still considering my suspension upgrade. Will I need to extend the front brake hoses on a 2" lift without dislocating springs? ta gents,
nige90
Would this not depend on whether you had standard shocks ? Is you do then my understanding is probably not.

GBMUD
It would be a wise precaution, although you may just get away with it. I would not take the chance. Chris
SteveG
I think it depends on model, later Defender 300TDI and TD5 have longer pipes and are ok with 2" lift and +2" shocks. I currently have +2" springs and shocks with -2" turrets and standard pipes are fine. Having said that as Chris says it's better to be safe than sorry and for ~35 pounds IIRC for a set of three for Llama 4x4 it's not a major expense.
