Peterla
Had my bonet up and knocked my wiper switch on. I think this has stripped by spline on the drivers side wiper as it hit the bonet while the motor was tring to turn it. Can any tell me how to get the drivers side windscreen wiper blade off. BogMonster
If you mean the arm rather than the blade I thought they were a nut on the end of the shaft which held the arm on to a tapered spline.

I connot see a nut on the front. Is it possibly behind the arm. Not that easy too see. I gather this is undone do romeve the arm from the tappered spline. nige90
There's usually a plastic cover over the nut.
LandyManLuke
Yup, it folds up to reveal the nut.
Peterla
Thanks, It was looking me straight in the eyes. The spline was slightly stripped but as it is tappered a tighten on the nut seemed to do the job. Pete
