JSG
Hi all, My P38 Range Rover is in pretty good nick underneath (for a Landrover). The problem is that the original factory coating which is a waxy type of finish is not as good as it was 67,000 miles ago. How do I retreat it to ensure it lasts well into the future - say the next 20 years or so. I don't like waxoil as the cat gets very nervous every time it's mentioned but I've heard rumours of a new kind of treatment that can be colour co-ordinated and hardens to give a tough glossy finish that mud just drops off from. This sounds too good to be true - any ideas or sugestions ? Cheers.

Ben Reedy
You're talking about that miracle non-stick coating offered by Before 'n After in their numerous ads. It looks good but pricey. Best stick with POR15 for the rust followed by you-know-what.
Dale Simpkins
I'll second that, buy some POR15 from Frost. Just done the underside of our camper van with it, and it looks great, see for yourself
