ThreeSheds Posted November 9, 2007 Share Posted November 9, 2007 In the harmonic balancer on the crank pulley on my V8 there is a notch. I was wondering if anybody knows why it is there? It doesn't obviously line up with anything or even a decent number of degrees (45, 90, 180 etc) around from anything so I can't see why it's there...
