What's wrong with the one you've got? If it's the usual sagging base you can get replacement foam from Exmoor Trim. Dead easy to fit yourself (at least on fabric seats, which it sounds like you have). I've done this on mine as the drivers seat particularly was getting decidedly tired and giving me back ache.

did you have to replace the seat cover aswell ? Mine is begining to look a little thin and I was wondering about recovering it or just looking for a new seat. Perhaps a nice set of ex rangie leather ones !!

The fabric is worn through.

No, the fabric in mine is still good as new after 146k :)

Discovery seats, even in perfect nick, will never be as comfortable as a nice set of Range Rover leather armchairs - if you're getting into buying whole seats anyway I'd be very tempted to go for that.
