puiwit
i need a tripmeter for competition with roadbook. my favourites are brantz international2 and terratrip 202 plus. i have to fit it into a lr defender td5 and think about the sensor to the ecu. what are the pros and cons of this tripmeters and what are your experience? jules
What do you want them to do for you I had the Brantz in my camel for when we used to compete in the MAC run years ago but the racers had terratrios in when we bought them but I would say there carp in the pitch dark when competing but if you compete in day light then there the same.... Both mine were fitted to Freelander so ran off the ECU
Kev Baldwin
Brantz gets my vote. Red digits are easier to read. Mine withstood years of off-road race hammer and never missed a beat. Couldn't fault it.
D9OSV
Most people i know that use terratrips in anger have two fitted as they do have a tendency to go wrong. However they are easier to use than the Brantz (In my opinion) and of the three i have had (303plus not 202plus) i have only had one unit fail and that was dealt with quickly by terratrip how where very helpful. I have little experience with Brantz. Jim
