right, there should be some boxes in there.

this one is a flat black one right at the back with two multiplugs in it. what you need to do is remove the two multiplugs from the unit, and using a screwdriver, carefully prise the end piece out where the plugs plugged in. with this bit of plastic out of the way, the board within will slide out easily and you can inspect it and repair it.

once repaired, simply slide it back in, replace the plastic end cap and plug back in.

my dad's was like this for years before i found out what to do. luckily mine's a 3dr so i dont have this problem
