Gromit
Afternoon all, A while back I had a problem with the spill return banjos on the injectors working loose and throwing diesel about the place. Replacing the copper washers worked for a while but the problem is back The pipe assembly puts strain on the banjos eventually loosening them. I remember reading a while back that the pipe assembly was changed. Is this true? If so, I want to change to the later type. The only part no I can find is ERR3652. Is this early or late? Anyone have a part number for the redesigned type? Cheers muchly!
western
Yep ERR3652 is the later spill return line with the short sections of rubber hose used on Defender 200Tdi & Discovery 200Tdi from chassis number KA045370 you can see mine in this photo. western
if you can get the fuel resistant hose size in your area just go for that & re-use the existing banjo fittings, will save you some dosh, as for my TB woes, going for a Ashcroft box, order it tomorrow
