nichold Posted March 26, 2008 Share Posted March 26, 2008 Can anyone offer help or advice on the following problem I've got with my 1996 300 TDI..... No problems with vehicle for the passed few months and then with no notice or prior warning the radio, electric seats, rear electric windows and cigarette lighter have all stopped working. I have checked the fuses in the main fuse box, but can't find any that are blown - does anyone know if there are more fuses/relays within the vehicle that might effect the operation of these things. teabag Posted March 30, 2008 Share Posted March 30, 2008 The only common thing I suspect is the earth connection which may be common to all circuits. There is some earth post behind the dash fuse box and side kick panels it may be that the nut on the post only requires tobe tightend up.
