white90
wait till you build up the rims I just did one and the insert is flopping about needs new inserts now If I were you I'd measure all you tyres again carefully
will_warne
Tony, I'll check again. Inserts are 'just' poly pipe - I may be able to get hold of some.
white90
I've just pulled all the tyres off the rims and each is 19mm max 20 in places the inner is HDPE I think I'm going to call Stazworks to see how much 5 new inners shipped will set me back

I just hope all of mine are the same and that I don't have problems when I come to replace one of them. I'll see what I can do on the pipe as it will probably be a lot less than Staz sending out stuff from the states. I feel bad that by trying to do you a favour I've caused you yet more hassle with these rims
white90
Will never mind I should have pulled the tyres and checked myself. 5 new inserts are spendy but never mind hopefully shipping won't be so grim as they are light...
will_warne
What about making up / having made a spacer from 6-8mm plastic sheet - it must be cheaper than new inserts?
