selectcase Posted May 3, 2008 Share Posted May 3, 2008 my 1998 disco 1 has quite a few scratches around the wheelarches and I have sourced a complete set of second hand disco 1 xs wheelarch and side moulding strips. They appear to fix with clips and a double sided adhesive strip adound each edge has anyone else fitted these before as i was after a little guidance/advice on what I could use to re-fix them properly. thanks will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lynall Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Go to local body shop and see what they use the double sticky tape is good as you only get one chance once its on its stuck full stop, Sikaflex is good its in a tube like a silicone tube takes a while to cure fully though.
