v8bobber Posted May 25, 2008 Share Posted May 25, 2008 Hello all, I've recently bought a LR90, without an engine. It was formerly a 2.5 diesel so i've bought a replacement engine of the same type which is now in and bolted down nicey thank-you-very much. Fuel and electrics are all plumbed back in but I have happened on a snag. I cannot see how the throttle cable links to the throttle linkage on top of the injector pump. The throttle cable has no "end" on it as such and the linkage just has a hole on it. Has anyone got a 2.5 diesel who can advise as to how the two go together, or does anyone else know?
